By agreeing to The SVC Terms and Conditions, you must adhere to The SVC PH rules and cafe guidelines, as well as the wishes of the organizers, The SVC PH, to ensure the smooth operations of the event, and the well-being of all guests and staff who will attend and supervise the event, the cafe, and related events thereof.
1.) All pre-ordered tickets are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged or transferred to another person if the guest will not be able to ensure their attendance. If this situation arises, please contact the organizers promptly via e-mail.
2.) All guests who will attend the cafe are expected to arrive thirty (30) minutes before their chosen session. If you arrive late but within the time of your chosen session, you will still be allowed into the cafe but you have to leave when the session ends.
3.) Guests must not forget to bring a valid ID and a copy/photo of their valid ID when they attend the event. The establishment where the cafe will be located requires each person who will enter the building to leave an ID at the lobby. When you arrive at the cafe concierge, we will check your name with our guest list. In this case, you may just show a photocopy of your ID or a photo of your ID on your mobile device.
4.) Strictly no taking of photographs with your personal devices while the guests are in the cafe premises. You may ask our documentation staff for photographs that we will post on our page after the event.
5.) Strictly no touching of the butlers is allowed. Make sure to ask their consent and talk to them properly when requesting anything.
6.) Cosplay is not consent. If we receive report/s of harassment towards our butlers or any of our staff, the alleged guest/s will be escorted outside of the event promptly and your ticket will not be refunded.
7.) No joy bidders/reservers/buyers are allowed. Any joy bidder/reserver/buyer will be blacklisted from future events by The SVC PH. So please make sure to pay by the deadline.
8.) Guests who will come in cosplay should refrain from wearing bulky costumes. The event will not provide storage areas for guests. If guests will come as in cosplay, make sure that the costume is not similar to our butler’s dress code to distinguish themselves from the butlers.
