Shipping and Payment

REMINDER: Physical tickets will not be shipped for our events. We will only send out confirmation emails to guests who have successfully purchased tickets via our website. To enter the event, just present 1 valid ID and your Cafe Reservation ID to the concierge to confirm your attendance. Then you will receive a physical ticket on the day itself.


MODES OF PAYMENT

Payment for tickets or merchandise are accepted via bank deposit and online fund transfers. Here is a list of accepted payment methods:

— BDO bank deposit / online transfer *preferred
— UnionBank bank deposit / online transfer *preferred
— ING bank deposit / online transfer
— BPI bank deposit / online transfer
— GCash online transfer *preferred
— PayMaya online transfer

Paypal is available with a transaction fee of PhP 50.

When you purchase your tickets or merchandise, you will receive a confirmation email for your order containing the details for payment.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Orders are packed with love and sent out via DPX PH for Metro Manila addresses and LBC Express for provincial addresses. Tracking numbers will be provided, but it may take up to 24 hours or more after you receive the confirmation email before the tracking number updates on the website.

Packages normally arrive around 3 to 7 days (holidays and weekends not included) after they are shipped. 

REMINDER: Once packages have been shipped, The SVC PH has no means to track your packages other than the given tracking websites. So concerns regarding packages in transit should be forwarded to the staff of DPX PH or LBC Express.
