On-Site Cup Sleeve Events

Please read The SVC Terms and Conditions thoroughly before continuing with your reservation.By agreeing to The SVC Terms and Conditions, you must adhere to The SVC PH rules and guidelines, as well as the wishes of the organizers, The SVC PH, to ensure the smooth operations of the event, and the well-being of all guests and staff who will attend and supervise the event, the cafe, and related events thereof.1.) All pre-ordered merchandise bundles are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged or transferred to another person if the guest will not be able to claim their bundles. You may also choose to upgrade your merchandise bundle to a higher cost tier or purchase 2 tiers, but you are not allowed to downgrade. If this situation arises, please contact the organizers promptly via email.2.) Turnabout Meropide is an onsite event through The SVC PH's partner cafe/venue. Pre-ordered bundles can only be picked up in person on the day of the event by presenting receipt/s with a minimum purchase of PHP 200 at the registration booth. Mail order bundles will be shipped out at a later date.3.) Hashtags are encouraged. Please use the official hashtag of the event when sharing posts you created #SVCTunaMero20244.) Our merchandise bundles are limited to pre-orders only. So make sure to pre-order to get your hands on our event exclusive merchandise.5.) For events with time slots, do arrive on time to ensure that you have seats. If you arrive outside of your chosen time slot, seats may not be available as we will prioritize guests who made reservations for that time slot.6.) For events without time slots, guests will be seated at a first come, first served basis. Seats are not guaranteed and will depend on the capacity of the partner venue.7.) Proof of payment is required to be submitted. Kindly input a screenshot of your proof of payment or Gank username and order number prior to submission of the reservation form. Reservations that do not have any valid proof of transaction will be automatically cancelled.8.) Joy bidders/reservers/buyers are NOT ALLOWED. Any joy bidder/reserver/buyer will be blacklisted from future events by The SVC PH. So please make sure to pay for your reservation.

By participating in our event/s, you hereby agree to all aforementioned terms, The SVC PH’s rules and guidelines, and all related statements.Agreement to these terms and conditions is tantamount to a signed waiver. We are making things digital in an effort to lessen paper waste.Failure to adhere to these terms may result in warning implementations, denial of access to the cafe or permanent blacklist status from the event and future events by the organizers as The SVC PH reserves the right to protect itself, its staff and events, and its guests from any and all that may cause harm or ill will.

How to Reserve a Slot on Gank

Gank is a platform that we also use for selling event tickets, merchandise, digital downloads, and more! You can check out and follow The SVC PH Gank page for more ways to support our small team 💙If you prefer to follow instructions via video tutorial, you can check our video guide here!

In order to reserve a slot for our events or purchase some exclusive merch, you must have an account on Gank. Your Gank username is the name you choose upon signup. You can also see your username at the end of your Gank profile URL.

After signing up, you can now buy any of our bundles or sponsorship tiers via our Gank Shop! The available modes of payment are:

Choosing GCash will prompt you to sign in on your GCash account so that the transaction will be processed by GCash directly.

Choosing PayPal will prompt you to sign in on your PayPal account so that the transaction will be processed by PayPal directly.

Choosing Credit / Debit Card will prompt you to add a new card to be saved into your Gank account so you can use the same card for future transactions.

After paying for your chosen bundle or tier, go to the reservation form to input your required information so that we may add you to our guest list. Our required proof of payment would be your Gank username and your Gank purchase order number.

To check your order number, log in to your Gank account and check My Orders. Your order number should look smilar to the text shown above (eg. G000004230118)
